You agree to use our reputation optimization services, including the automated review request system via WhatsApp and SMS, in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you send through our services does not violate any third-party rights.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments for subscriptions are processed through secure payment gateways. Subscription fees are billed in advance, and you will be notified of any changes in fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid for the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pribel LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
